Help Wanted for Medieval TPS

Silver Blade:

Brief description:
Silver Blade is a TPS game with FPS elements set in the medieval times. The game will feature a variety of fantasy creatures such as wizards, dragons, centaurs, and elves. The project has just begun development and has entered it's preproduction phase. Silver Blade will be best known for it's extensive multiplayer modes. The game is set to release in fall of 2008.

Target aim:
PC retail - NROD Games has many industry partners and relationships with several big name publishers that will help this game be released in stores.

Compensation:
Due to our limited budget the only way team members can be paid is through revenue sharing.

Technology:
Target system- Windows
Programming language- C#
Tools- Visual Studio, Lightwave, Maya, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Painter, and other freeware products

Talent needed:
3d modelers- skilled in high-poly 3d modeling
Level Designers- experience in level designing
Programmers- sufficient knowledge in C# and 3d engine development
Concept Artist- skilled in drawing and illustration
Texturers- skilled in creating textures
Designers- experience in 3d game design
Animators- skilled in animating models
Composers- skilled in music creation
Sound Engineers- skilled in creating sound effects

Team structure:
Me (Nick Rodriguez)- project lead, artist, programmer, and web developer
Bill Zygowitz- programmer
Nathan Kizoir- designer

This is the studio's first official project but all current team members have many years of experience working on other games.
