Vista Graphics Bug?

Im sure there has been post on this but I couldnt find anything with any relevance looking in the search box.

But im running Vista and tge 1.5(I was running xp and everything was fine so I know its not my computer hardware wise) when I run lets say any of the examples I get idk what you would call it maby graphics tearing.

Basicly everything works fine I can see all the effects fine but theres like flashes of just random stuff all over the screen.

Anyone else had this problem or know a solution? I have the latest video drivers just made sure on the nvidia site.
