Website issues

Is there any progress in reference to the website itself? I still get "unavailable" at least 60 percent of the time when I attempt to come to GG. I'm aware of entering the address specifically to get around it but....

It's still and ongoing issue for at least some of us. There's a thread here on the issue. I ended up modifying my hosts file to get around it.

For anyone else that isn't sure how. On winXP you can edit the hosts file in notepad in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc

add this line
216.116.32.49 www.garagegames.com

save and restart your browser.
It basically skips the Akamai redirection services that seem to be the source of the problem.

I'm sure a similar method is available for other OS's

Service Unavailable - Fail to connect
