TGEA 1.70 Beta1 Terrain texelsPerMeter

Josh has already acknowledged this in another thread somewhere, I'm posting here to ensure it's added to whatever tracker you have.
It's extremely easy to 'null' this value out, like clicking the line and backspacing the old to add a new value... Immediate crash. I'm aware that it should be a power of two, and neither 0 nor null are such, but gimmie a second to type a proper value before you blow up :P

We added some sanity checking which should keep this from happening. It'll be in the next Beta.

When I input texelsPerMeter = 32 , T3D demo is crashed.
