TGEA 1.7.0 Beta 1 Bug. A quick test...

Hi here.. My bug's rapport:

My computer:
Pentium 4 2.2 GHz. - RAM 1.5 Gb. - GeForce 7600GT - SB Audigy Audio C000 - Windows XP SP2 - All full updated with newest drivers.

Stronghold:
If I switch from 800x600 full screen to 1024x768 full screen via the options and restart the program (only at restart), my graphic cart going in "bananas" with a black screen and it is very difficult to come in contact with the computer.
The log says: You must "reset the graphic cart", repeated in a 320 Kb. big log file.
If I replace the prefs file (6 kb.) with an old copy, everything is okay again.
The only sound I can hear in Stronghold, is the "Pliiing GUI sound".

Atlas Demo:
The light compiling stop on the "half way" and the program process stop. The last comment in the log file says:
AtlasDeferredFile::ensureStreamWritable - switching file into writable mode... This may cause a crash if you have other copies of Torque accessing it!
AtlasFile::waitForPendingWrites - Waiting for pending output to finish.
AtlasFile::waitForPendingWrites - Done!
AtlasFile::waitForPendingWrites - Waiting for pending output to finish.

ForgeDemo:
As I can see, no prob.

T3D:
The menu upset is a little bit confusing? The player is very dark, but I have don't going deeper in this test.

Normally I don't have these prob. with TGEA, so there are still many things to do with the beta.

Jan :-).

This is being worked on right now. Hope to have a fix out in the next build. :)
