Torque X is the 2d and 3d engines together, and it runs on both pc and xbox?

Yes, the Torque X game engine includes both a 2D and 3D game framework that compiles and runs on Windows as well as any retail Xbox 360.

Yes, Torque X 2.0 is built on XNA 2.0. It supports 2D and 3D. It runs on the PC and the XBox360. Your need a Creators Club membership to run on the xbox (this is a Microsoft requirement, you would also need this to run XNA 2.0 on the XBox 360)
