I have TGE and Lightwave at the moment. If I was to purchase the content packs do any of them come with the ability to be opened in Lightwave?

But, if you do decide to go the Lightwave route, but the Skeleton pack as it is a good place to start a character rig in LW, just edit the base, re-paint the vertex maps file and export.

I'm a dedicated Lightwve user, but if I were to start from the beginning I think Max may have been an easier path due to all the existing help. But, if you do decide to go the Lightwave route, but the Skeleton pack as it is a good place to start a character rig in LW, just edit the base, re-paint the vertex maps file and export.
