Portal (?) - related network ghosting bug?

This question is for those who aware about how the network ghosting performed and "zoning" working with interiors.
See the movie to get idea about the "bug": http://www.afterworld.ru/gg/torque_portal_bug.avi (4MB, xVid encoded)
I'm in the same "room" with the vehicle (it's stock GG buggy), but depending on where I stand and on my rotation - the server "thinks" I'm (my player) not in the same zone with the vehicle.
The bug appears ONLY if I run connect to dedicated server, and after I run around for a bit. If I login in the same room with vehicle - all working fine, but after I run around the interior (in and out of portals) the server starts thinking like I'm "nowhere" in certain places.
This happens not only with the interior on movie, it happens with many different interiors.
Movie shot in modified TGE1.5.0, but anything related with interior/ghosting is untouched.
Any ideas / help appreciated.
