A request to all TX game devs

Hi All,

I'm going to be doing a 3 hour demo of game development with TorqueX at the UOIT Game Camp this weekend (more info here: http://faculty.uoit.ca/kapralos/gamecamp/).

Last night I was asked to assemble a short video montage of games developed with TX to show in the intro part of my presentation.

I've used Camtasia to record about 10 seconds of gameplay from each of the tutorials, game templates and demo projects (not to mention my own games) but I am hoping to fill out the video a little more.

If you are willing/interested in letting me show about 10 seconds of the game you are working on please contact me via email and I will send you instructions for uploading a video to my server.

I will caption the video while your game is being displayed to give full credit to your team, etc. I will also publish the completed montage online so that everyone can check it out.

I recommend Camtasia for recording the video. If you don't own it, you can download a free demo here: http://www.techsmith.com/.

Thanks in advance and sorry for the last minute request.

Hi Again,

Thanks very much to Dan Pascal and Zilla for allowing me to show excerpts from their games. I've posted a downsampled version of the video I produced here: http://www.spritehousegames.com/txvideomontage.wmv

If anyone else wants to get their game included, there's still time!

This afternoon, the decision was made to postpone tomorrow's Game Camp because of a heavy snow warning for Saturday. We're hoping to reschedule it for sometime later this month. Next Saturday, we're already scheduled to be doing a Game Camp at the University of Waterloo.

Once again, if you are willing/interested in letting me show about 10-20 seconds of the TorqueX game you are working on please contact me via email and I will send you instructions for uploading a video to my server.
