Blender "DTSExporter_092.zip" don't exists

I was trying to learn todo some 3D graphics so I wanted to download
some exporter to the DTS file format.
I could not find any copy of this, the links is not working!?..
At www.blender.org:
http://www.blender.org/download/python-scripts/import-export/
there are two links pointing at the exporter:
www.garagegames.com/blender
And
www.garagegames.com/mg/projects/torque1
tdn.garagegames.com' wiki for downloding DTS/Blender/Downloading and Installing the exporter
points to:
http://projects.blender.org/frs/download.php/335/DTSExporter_092.zip
and a search on the blender site and on TDN:

No documents were found containing "DTSExporter_092.zip".

The installer script was not working:
Error: can't find blender directory,
I copied all the files to several locations inside blender dir
and the root.

Blender DTS Exporter version 0.95
Requires Blender 2.44 or later
The download link is not working due to a problem with the project site. Until it is fixed, the file can be found here:

Seems there is a problem on the website. I might update the TDN.
