Gui Unicode Text Fail In Tge1.5.2 & Tgea1.0.3

HI ...
when I use TGE1.4.2~~~I can type Chinese string before.
But other version of TGE or TGEA when I type string.
It is only english string post on GUI "text" field.

If save .gui file by UNICODE format(like UTF-8)
the TGE can't load any mission and only show black screen

In the option Dialog
the "Audio" Tab still fail on it.
