Hi

Best bet is to contact autodesk.com directly and have a list of your hardware ready, CPU, Motherboard grafix card etc, so they can help you out faster

There are artists using it. I know there are two different exporters and each one has different functionality. Check the Max forums for more help. For the Blender issue, make sure you are using the newest version of it (located on the Blender forums).
