Anybody From the New York City area?

I am probably hopelessly confused on this engine, and im kind of in need of a teacher/tutor to maybe just sit down with me and I can show him/her some torquescript and they can explain to be the basics of what it does, where it should go and how it should link in the total hierarchy, I currently own 3D All in one but it is not an easy read for me, because I just don't learn well like that. Especially not in a copy and paste manner.

So if anyone is in the NYC area, and is interested in just meeting up for a friendly and casual teaching session at a restaurant or something (My Treat) I would love it.

    Well there is another book that has done me a great favor (its even more like a tutor with u 24/7)
    Game Programmer's guide to torque, it will truely save u ALOT of time learning torque & will help u understand it well.

    NOTE: I'm 12 hrs flying away from NY ;) although I'd appreciate the invitation to a nearby restaurant, somewhere in between. italy perhaps or france :P
