Upgrade Featuring Though ?

Hello,
I'm about to make my purchase (finally),
which may include both TGE v1.4.2 + v1.5.2
plus some extras, so if anybody owns both,
please advise :
==============================
1. Upgrade-Based Items(s)
==============================
If I were to purchase TGE v1.4.2 and THEN to upgrade to TGE v1.5.2,
(especially for their VC++ 6.0 source version and project files),
would my UPGRADED installation file include everything included in a FULL
installation file ?
Because if not -- I might as well have to purchase the full TGE v1.5.2 only,
especially if I want ot have all of the extras that are bundled with it, such as
the "RTS Environment Pack" and the "FPS Environment Pack", right ?
==============================
2. Torsion vs. CodeWeaver
==============================
Could anyone please elaborate on any major differences ? As I was thinking,
that if I have to do some script-coding, I might as well want to add Torsion
to my overall purchase;
Problem is, that I have downloaded and installed both only to find out
that I would need a game's EXE to debug / insert script into;
Another problem was that neither had context-sensitive help file
that had index or content listing to browse, unlike, for example,
Microsoft's Visual Studio Express 2005 Edition's offline help system,
which is very comprehensive and has a whole bunch of examples.
==============================
3. Online Help + IDE Documentation
==============================
(a) Would Torsion include context-sensitive OFFline help (i.e., a help file)
for all of the script functions / methods / objects that are recognizable
within a game ?
(b) Would Torsion / CodeWeaver include some sort of a Class Viewer,
allowing me to view / select any of my own object's methods / functions ?
(c) Would TGE itself, along with its various editors, include an OFFline help (i.e., a help file)
for all of the menus / operations / visually-placeable objects / misc., that are available
as part of a game's design process ?
OK,
Thanks much in advance,
Ronnie
