Tutorial.base online

Hello, I was hoping that someone could explain to me what to do so that the Tutorial.base game can play online. It will always connect to the same Ip, so that should simplify things.

Any help would be appreciated. If you don't necessarily have the time to spend, point me in the right direction. I can normally work from there.
