I'm a multimedia programmer and at the moment I'm working on an experimental project which include a real navigation inside a church, in this navigation I can see information (text, video or images) in an interface that I can recall at will. For this purpose I would like to use Torque, but I don't know which type of developer tools I've need to start. I'm working with Maya 8.5 to build the church, and I've a lot texture to inside in the church in high resolution, someone know where I can get detailed technical information or who can write.
any help is welcome.
thank you in advance

1. Get tgea (easier to integrate complete building model by using tgea's polysoup collision) indie license.
2. Get the appropriate exporters plus/pro for Maya 8.5
3. Get a version of photoshop that fell of the back of the truck ( email me for advice)
4. Look and study the torque for artists section for both torque game engine 1.5.2 and tgea 1.7
5. Learn how the gui stack works for torque ( this requires stifting through tutorials and practice), no need to buy any literature.
6. Look for any example within the torque community that deals with using the camera script object and study the practices in it and then try to manipulate it for your own needs.
7. The thing you need to concern yourself with in the grand scheme to get the project started is;
- basic camera movement
- gui creation and manipulation
Since it is only a visualisation project it does not require the bulk developer tools available
