Is Torque Game Builder website deployable

Hi,

I'm wondering if Torque game builder is website deployable, like a flash or java game. Where the user doesn't have to download the game.

No. You will have to use a third-party program to embed it in a website.

PlaygroundSDK is free and website deployable. However, you can play the online games from it only in Windows. And I am not sure that other browsers than Internet Exploder can run them...
