Q? enemys into world builder? and working water?

Hey i am really new too this but how do you get enemys into worldbuilder like kork that from the fps starter,

Also i have tryed too add water too the worldbuilder but all i get is this fate coloured square that just doesnt really do anything......can some one please tell me how too get it working as i know im doing something wrong,
