Looking for someone to help build a team

Ok, I tried building a team before and honestly it was just overwhelming, way to much to handle on my own. I decided that wasn't the way to start so I want to try again. This time I want to do it right. I'm looking for 1, probably 2, people to help me build a team. I DO NOT want to be the only leader, so don't think I'm just looking for people to work under me. I want people who can work with me in building this team. People who have some leadership skills and work good with others. I have design and writing experience so people who have other skills (like programming, art, etc.) are preferred so we have a well balanced group. Please only contact me if you can be COMMITTED and DEDICATED to working on this. You can have other projects going too, but you must be able to put some time and effort into this. Actually I do have a rich uncle :) but anyways, your post made me think of a question. Does anyone know of any government grants? I tried looking online, but every link that came up was just someone trying to sell a book of grants.Nick

they are harder to get then finding a venture capitalist because you dont have a product...unless of course you do
