Torque Developers Needed

Hello,
I have recently been approached by a client to develop an online multiuser medical technology simulator, and I decided it would be cheapest and easiest to create as a 3D Multiplayer Game based on Torque. I don't have enough resources in-house to do this, so I will be bringing new talent in or outsourcing portions of the project.
