Looking for Programmer

Hi,
I have a 3d chat program I am using now. You can see at here.

The program looks ok, but very sluggish.

I would like to find someone to redo it to work with Torque and some type of browser plugin.

I have Torque (just got it and confused as hell :) and can supply the objects if required.

I mainly need someone that has done work with mmorpg type apps, so we can have a number
of rooms and maybe later if it works out, build more worlds for it.

Simple, just walk around and chat type deal, maybe later add some other stuff, but simple to start with

Now I only paid $400 for the 3d City so no, I can't afford no 50,000 bid :)
