InstantAction.com password reset bug

Ok I've signed up to instantaction a while ago, and for some reason none of my passwords work.

So request reset of password, auto-reply sends through email;

You have requested a new password on InstantAction.

This link send you to an password change page nothing worng with that so far. But after entering new password and confirming it, the site does nothing. No email reply to say it done, no page change to confirm it's changed, nothing.

If you try the new password in the login page it doesn't work.

Can someone in support please look into this.
