Character on top of character torque showtool

Hi everyone I'm having a annoying issue I am exporting a character I made one dts and one dsq...root animation and run cycle. When I export them I delete the mesh and export the animation only same for root and run. But before I do that I export the mesh with nothing contained meaning animation. WHen I export the files they both show up overlapping each other one idle and one animated can anyone help me with this situation.

Try hiding the mesh(ctrl-h) before exporting the dts file. Try the same with the dsq file.
The cause of this problem I believe is that maya somehow duplicated the skinned meshes, and if you dont hide the original one, it just draws that one too.
