Hi,
I'm looking for an experienced volunteer TGEA programmer to help out with work on a skiing game. I'm working as the lead coder of a group of hardworking volunteer game developers.
We're currently made up of 2 coders, a game designer/3d artist, a concept artist, a 3d artist/modeller and a 3d character artist. We've already begun the initial steps of development and are looking to bring this project to completion.
Our overall aim is a good playable demo, for expansion later to more slopes, characters and hopefully into multiplayer.
Ideally, what the type of programmer we're looking for
* solid working experience of TGEA (e.g. animation control, particle effects)
* examples of previous work
* can work in conjunction with other coders
* ability to work from a design document
* ability to work beyond the forum information and existing documentation
* prepared to go the extra mile
(we hold weekly progress meetings over IRC so while it's volunteer work, we're serious about it)
I will provide more detailed information to serious inquiries, so if you're up for the challenge, email me: anthony(dot)cosgrave(AT)gmail.com
Thanks,
Anthony
