TGB Art Design Program???????? HELP

Hi, I recently bought the torque game builder and really like at, and I am learning to script with it, but there is one problem, what art program should I use to create the resources, like the preset ones, how did GG make them, and what program, thanks....

Any program that creates PNGs or JPEGs will do. I'm pretty sure GG used Adobe Photoshop plus a few others for all of their art.

If you're on a budget, Paint.NET is fantastic. Even if you've got a ton of money, it'll probably do a lot of what you need.

Wow thanks everyone, alot of help, I have photoshop and Paint.NET, but I find it difficult to animate and make pictures with it, but practice makes perfect I guess, thanks..

Look up Gimp in google, it's free...

I have all of the suggestions here lol, I guess all I need is a few tutorials, anybody got any that they could send me, like on the web or downloaded I don't mind, just any, thanks.

(Specifically for games)
