Cascading Mouse When using the Editor

Everytime I try to load the demo becasue I want to try the editors(World, Terrain) by using the f11 button my mouse shows up cascading and the editor seems to be disabled. Could someone help me with this.

I would assume you have a script error, when you hit f11 try hitting it again to exit the editor then check your console for errors. This happened to me once and I replaced the common/editor files with the originals since I had not edited any editor aspect.
