Another Starsiege Question

I was wondering what was used to create the Cybrid voices. I've heard Sound Forge thrown around a lot, but I have the program and can find no way to getting the results I want, no matter how many different effects I use or string together.

Any elaboration on this would be helpful.

BTW, I hear tell of a new Sierra-backed patch for SS coming soon, if any old SS players are interested.
