1.6 Compile

I have started the process of compiling 1.6 on linux. Biggest problem thus far seems to be the lack of proper Mutex and Semaphore normalization to the rest of the code base for the other platforms.
Is this something GG can help with? I would think they would want the normalization anyway, and others have mentioned that the TGE Mutex and Semaphore stuff works with TGB, can we get copies of that included in the code base for TGB as well then? It would sure help out a lot for those of us who do not have access to TGE Source.
