Monitoring resources problem

I'm monitoring resources corner, which you can access via Community->Resources everyday.
Recently I found a very useful resource link in the forum.
By clicking that link, I was able to access that resource. But the problem is it never appears when I try to access via Community->Resources. As it is uploaded very recently, on 23th of Dec. 2007, it have to be on the first page of resources corner. But I can never find it in that page.
I'm afraid if I'm missing any other resources like this.
Would someone tell me what's happening?

Thanks for your reply.
I know that it takes time. But if you see the resource corner, many resources issued later than Dec.23 are already there. Moreover, there are many people posting replies to that resource. If you see this, you'll understand what I mean. Can you see this through the interface that I mentioned?

The resource posting date that you see in the resources section is really the resource approval date. The reason some have comments is that they have been posted on the forums or in blogs and people have commented on them before approval.
