Is there a Map Editor for Tribes 2?

I've read messages about an editor for Tribes 2, but i can't find it! Where is it? Do I need to download it?
Also, I read you can use Worldcraft to make Tribes 2 levels, how does this work?
Help!
Cheers,
- Geoff

Alt+E has never worked for me (even after they said it had been enabled LOL), but you can access it via the console. Press tilde (~) to open the console and type:editor.open();
Then press enter.

How do I start a new map? Or do I have to replace an existing map?
