FPS Starter Kit

So on christmas i recieved the book "Torque for Teens" from my sister. The book comes with a cd that contains the demo along with a few other programs. the book claims that "All the files needed to work through the projects in the book". but in chapter four it requires the FPS starter kit. It writes "Install the trial version of the Torque Game Engine SDK version 1.5 from the CD. It will add a shortcut to your Desktop, which will help you find the tools you need to run Torque every time. The Torque Game Engine SDK will have the following shortcuts:

- FPS Starter Kit

- Racing Starter Kit

-Torque Game Engine Demo

-Getting Started Tutorial

-Tutorial Base"

The CD only contained the Demo, and in order to proceed with what the book asks the reader to do, the FPS started kit is needed.

I am utterly baffled as to where the FPS starter kit is, and have looked at every single folder installed, looked at the files on the disc, and have run every single program to try to find the solution.

I am extremely frusterated and I have no idea what to do

do i have to buy the game?
