Under The New Licensing Agreement...

... if you are under the 500K revenue cap, is it permissable to have your game published by an outside company, say Electronic Arts or Sierra?
All I see so far is the term 'self published'... does that mean that one would be limited to publishing his/her game him/herself, or would it be ok to get an outside publisher.

So I could publish through GG for only $100 per license, right? So once i've made (positive mental attitude ;) ) $500,000 I owe you $10,000.
Or since GG inevitably will be a publisher with revenue over $500,000 (if it isn't already), do I now need to find $10,000?!?
Not being an accountant (thank god), is revenue profit (net) or turnover (gross)?
