MMORPG Programmers of all Skills Wanted

The programmer will be responsible for helping to develop The Ascension, an MMORPG based on an incredibly intricate and realistic government and faith system.
The low-down:
Government - players can literally be the ruler of almost any form of government including a democracy or republic, bureaucracy, monarchy, oligarchy, fascism, and even a communist state. For example, in a democracy players can choose which and how many officials to hire at what levels. A communistic ruler may use money he accumulated as an honest monarch to trap players inside the city and force even experience and item share across the whole area.
Faith - so what happens if the players just can't over throw that nasty tyrant? Introducing faith! Players can pray to real gods who literally have the power to do anything in the world. The Ascension is the tower of the gods--though it may take days or even weeks to climb to the top, once there a player can choose to take the power of one of those gods. This effectively pits two of the gods against the player controlling the third.
Interested yet? If you've programmed much, you know this is no cake-walk. However, there are MANY smaller tasks that programmers can contribute. After all, it's still an MMORPG--we still need skills, items, general features, etc.
