Appending animations together in MilkShape

I was working on making some Torque models and animations, and I wanted to put some parts of animations from several different files together, and I was frustrated at the tools. While SMD works, MilkShape interpolates all the frames, where it appears I only need the keyframes for Torque.
So I wrote a new pair of plugins, an exporter and an importer, that work with raw frame data in MilkShape directly, using a simple text-based intermediate format. They also will allow some skeletal changes to be made by editing the bone names in the intermediate file, although we all know that substantial skeletal changes will make anim data hard to transfer.
You can find them on the MilkShape site here.
