Torque for Teens Book and tutorials

Hi everyone I just bought the Torque for teens book I haven't bought the software but i'm getting it when I get my new computer in the mean time I still want to learn the software. I have an associates in computer animation specializing in hires characters. But I want to know if anyone knows where can I get the FPS Folder and the other folders I can't do these tutorials without them. Another question is does anyone know if they have a dts exporter for Maya 8.5? I downloaded one but it doesn't let me load it when I load it in the plugin in manager. It gives me an error saying can't find procedure. Thanks for the help in advance

Thanks really appreciate it downloaded the installer today but I did all the steps for the fps and the fps splash screen shows up but it's giving me a message saying it's not the right version and it's missing the particles information and then I press F11 and the world editor shows up but a large red spot shows up on the editor not letting me continue with the tutorial.

Alright. I just installed it. I loaded the various missions and had no problems. Lighting take a long time to calculate on the stronghold mission. If you have the full SDK, try installing T4T's in a separate directory to make sure things don't get mixed up.

You should also be able to download the Maya DTS exporter from the Artists page.
