Online Technical Support?

This is not yet an available service, it is much more a project to be considered and discussed.
Would there be an interest for indies to have additionnal technical support at a relative low rate?
The idea would be to monitor users request of about 4/5 games (or company products) to propose something you and me could benefit.

Extended knowledge of Mas Os (6 through 10.5) - server (10.1) included, Windows 95/98/2000/XP - 2000 server included.
