TC crashes when loading....

I have been using TC for a while now with no problems but all of a sudden when i go to open TC it will crash without even loading all of the way. I have completely un-installed the program as well as deleted any registries. I re-installed and re-applied the v.1.0.3 patch but it still happens. Actually when i load TC after re-installing it asks for my registry number and after I hit accept that's when it crashes now.
Has anyone ran into this problem before? I have searched a few that have had crashes but no solid solutions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
