Books and tutorials

To really use TXB effectively, one has to know something about C#, XNA and TXB. One should expect to spend some time learning and practicing.

Microsoft has some good online stuff for C# and XNA, and GG has some good online stuff for TXB -- you know, help docs, tutorials, and forums. But what if you've gone through all of that stuff and still aren't "getting it"?

What else is out there to help me learn? I'm looking for stuff that you have used, found helpful, and would recommend, not just stuff you've seen on amazon.com or heard about from someone else.
