License question

Do I have permission to give out the SDK(torque demo) to people to play as a freeware game or do I need a license to do this?

The SDK itself (meaning the source code files)--no. The executable that is the result of compiling those files (or even just the TorqueDemo.exe file that you can download with the demo), yes.

Oh, Stephen now that you are on the topic:
On a published game, can torquescript be promoted as a script language for making mods of that game?
Can I do that and also, use another name than "torquescript"?
