TGB -- Senior Project -- Non Paid -- 2D Artists

by Joey Gutierrez · in Jobs · 11/29/2007 (11:17 am) · 1 replies

I am a Senior in college and will be taking my Senior Programming Project in the Spring of 2008. I will be doing the programming required for the game demo.

The game itself is going to be done in the Torque Game Builder.

Before continuing, I remind you that this is a NON PAYING JOB. NOT PAID. Again, it is my senior project. Of course, I will mention ALL who help on the project, so it may still benefit you in the future. I will as well send you a final copy of the demo so that you can use for your purposes.

The game will be 2D. So I will need some 2D artists to help me out with the character designs for both the hero and the enemies.

I would also need a composer to create some music.

I could also use somebody who can create a title screen, pause screen, loading screen, and game over screen.

Finally, but just as important, I could use somebody to help create the levels, such as the art that will be used in the demo.

When I get contacted, I will reveal more information about the project.

Thank you.

It is a common misconception, but freelance does not mean "works for free." Here is the dictionary definition of it.

Your post's subject implies that this is a paying position, which is not the case. I'd suggest that you edit your post. While you're at it, you would probably find you're more likely to get a response if you mention in the subject that you're looking for a 2D artist. You are also more likely to get a response if you include information about the project in the post.
