Atlas compile crash on 1.02 & 1.03

Hi, for some reason when trying to compile an atlas with a TGEA 1.02 or 1.03 exe I keep getting a crash on Line 109 in atlasConsoleGenerator.cpp - though if I use one from the 14th of February (1.0 or 1.01?) it works fine.
Ive not got a debug exe at the moment due to VS2005 refusing to compile.
The above is now resolved - was due to the lightmap input which came from the Wiki.
Part of the problem might be from the Opacity as im having to load one image using the following, "atlasGenerateTextureTOCFromTiles" with a leafcount of 1.
