Weird green lines appearing in-game?

I'm not sure what it is but my building seems to produce green lines every along the edges of my geometry every now and then.
Here's an image of what I mean:

I don't see what the problem is. My geometry is tightly sealed and there shouldn't be any openings (zoomed in a lot in constructor around the areas).

However suddenly my framerate dropped to non-existant whenever I look at the big building. I first assumed it was the portals not working but then I replaced the building with the old one and it still lagged. So I had the replaced peripheral difs too that don't even use portals. Then it worked as before.. with the green lines.
So I need an exporter that doesn't make things lag and without the green lines :)

Right, it worked to use the legacy TGEA thing. However suddenly my framerate dropped to non-existant whenever I look at the big building. The best way to do it is create LOD for your building. That way, depending on your distance, the building's detail will scale accordingly and not eat up as much frame processing.

But I figured the framerate drop is cause of relighting or something. Cause when I restart the application it runs smoothly... well..
there's a portal missing that doesn't seem to want to work so the framerate has dropped slightly cause of that.. and all the lighting has gone messed up cause of a light filter I used inside of the interior.
and after some searching I finally found that it is dividing my zones in a really weird manner.

so it seems as if the constructor exporter is more sensitive to very small differences in geometry (0.01ish)? is it possible to set it to not care about these small differences?

Well, the thing is that it worked fine with the map2dif_plus.exe.But I figured the framerate drop is cause of relighting or something. Cause when I restart the application it runs smoothly... well..

I did try importing the .map into Constructor and exporting, but it wouldn't export unless I deleted the portals. Then it was fine, but have the same framerate drop as Ka Wang Wu did.
It did fix the green lines bug, though.

I still use QuArK, though I can't seem to get this latest map2DIF_TSE to work with it at all.I did try importing the .map into Constructor and exporting, but it wouldn't export unless I deleted the portals. Then it was fine, but have the same framerate drop as Ka Wang Wu did.
