We're looking for a skilled C++ programmer who is interested in working outside of the traditional annoyances of a large development studio. Your abilities will be greatly appreciated, and our large fridge full of smoothies and beer will be at your beck and call.
You'll be working initially on 2D engine coding for the DS, as well as on some other work involving proprietary hardware devices on the PC. This is a dream job for someone who loves programming - you'll face a variety of challenges and we'll give you the flexibility to meet them in your own way.
Games industry or modding experience is preferred, but not essential if you have the requisite abilites.
Salary is negotiable depending on your experience.
About Us
Mode 7 Games is a small independent developer, working primarily on PC, DS and Wii, with offices located in a nice village just outside Oxford. We were founded in 2003 with only two full-time employees: now we have a number of exciting projects set up for next year, we're looking for a third member of our core team to help us out.
