Leopard issue?

Is it just me, or Constructor is crashing while attempting to save using latest Mac Os version (10.5 aka Leopard?).
It crashed 3/3 attempts, with or without any modifications.
I have not checked writing right issues on the folders, because I was looking to make a modification very fast. Thanks Steve! (Jobs), I was able to boot in XP mode and made the changes. 8-)
