Newbe stuck in the starting gate.

The Tutorial instructs, open "Behavior Playground project." I cannot find this project. I tried Files-> Projects -> ... no "Behavior Playground".
Pressing on anyway, I click on the create button, a very few objects come on, nothing under Static Sprites, or Animated Sprites, etc. no fish. I am able to drag the existing objects onto the working area, though.
Is there a better way to learn this program than using tutorials?

It sounds like you're trying to do a TGB tutorial? You'll probably want to post in one of the TGB forums rather than here. This one is specifically for TST Pro.
