Mbp had a tester position adn still does. how is this possible?

I looked back to find and bump the FAQ level building help topic and came across a mbp thread saying it needed 3 evel builders and 1 new tester. all three level positions were taken. but a tester position was left empty. this was way last december. this means there is still a tester position. no one offered to tes. so. officially in the mbp testers list there is an empty spot. i mean how could this be possible? is this true? or am i wrong? i know this was last december. but it makes it look like there is still a tester position. if there is. i'll take it. (if anyone will accept me as a tester)
