Game based on SAW movies

Is it just me, or are the SAW movies prime candidates for a video game adaptation? Picture the user being placed in various scenarios in which they must escape or perform some other diabolical task before time runs out. Too nerve racking? Personally, I think that a game like that would turn a profit even if it wasn't cleverly implemented.

the general public is currently in a hysteria about violence in games. The SAW movies are ok for teens to watch but manhunt shouldn't be played by anybody (sarcastic).

If you added puzzles to manhunt, i think you'd have it. :Dthe general public is currently in a hysteria about violence in games. The SAW movies are ok for teens to watch but manhunt shouldn't be played by anybody (sarcastic).

The August Underground trilogy should be required watching for the ESRB. Then Manhunt + Hot Coffee wouldn't seem so bad...

They are against having people killing other people and similar.
You can always try though. Germany is not the world after all, is just one land. :)

I think that your main problem will be that at least in Germany such a game will be rated as too "violent", and won't make it to the market saying that it is "another killer game" that makes young people violent. <_<They are against having people killing other people and similar.
