Looking for team for an online RPG

This game I'm working on with TGEA (currently untitled) was inspired in concept by Ultima Online. A full explanation of the game is on the website http://eternalkingdoms.net/proju/
All the info about me is on my profile, but basically I'm great at project design and I learned C++, scripting, 3d art, etc so I can make my own games. Overall, I'd say I'm a jack of all trades. The game is coming along well (again, all the progress is on the website), but it would be nice to work on a team so things would get done faster. I don't have the money to pay anyone upfront, but I will split the profits from the game with the team. I would eventually finish the game by myself, so there's no urgency to get a team together, but anyone who's interested in the project is more than welcome to email me at deanh22a@yahoo.com. Thanks.
