Destroying walls and doors

I have been looking through the resources and doing searches for destroying doors and walls with no luck. Can someone let me know if there is a good resource out there for the TGE1.5.2. I need to have a wall that I can hit with a club and see it go through different steps of the wall breaking. So when my player hits the wall with the club 2 or 3 times it will show a crack in the wall and if they continue to hit the wall it will show the wall breaking and falling apart with a particle effect of a cloud of smoke.

I would recommend using a DTS shape with damage states. Or a couple of DTS's that are swapped out as more damage occurs until the last one is "destroyed". 3D Diggers has a content pack with items that can be destroyed.
