Flash 2.0 or Dreamweaver 3.0 help

I've made some characters and stuff that I wanted to share. I purchased web space from Godaddy and I'm tring to make a download link in either Flash or Dreamweaver.
How do I do this?

Mine is for Dreamweaver and HTML.

But not flash. What you posted is just HTML... It will work in Dreamweaver (Because it edits HTML), but not flash. If he needs the link in flash, he needs to look at getURL.

Yup. That's why I made the distinction. I didn't want him to get confused trying to plug what I'd done into Flash.

When I go to preview what I've done in the web browser it only shows what I created on the left half of the screen. Is the there a way to center it so it will use the whole screen.

You have to edit the HTML to center it. Look in the publish settings.
